This Addison Family Survivor League ("League") is an independent recreational contest and is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or affiliated with the National Football League (NFL), its member clubs, or any of their respective affiliates.

Nature of the League

The League is organized for entertainment purposes among family and friends ONLY. All selections, standings, and outcomes are determined solely by the official results of NFL games and the League's published rules.

Participant Contributions and Prize Pool

Participants will be asked to make a voluntary contribution of $25 (per entry) to participate in the League. The organizers retain none of these participant contributions. One hundred percent (100%) of participant contributions are allocated to the League's prize pool.

Acceptance of Risk

By participating, each participant acknowledges that all NFL games are unpredictable and that the organizers cannot guarantee any particular outcome or prize. Participants accept all risks associated with their selections and participation.

Organizer Discretion

The organizers reserve the right to interpret and enforce the League rules, resolve disputes, correct clerical or scoring errors, and modify administrative procedures when reasonably necessary to preserve the integrity of the League. Any such decisions will be made in good faith and applied consistently.

Limitation of Liability

The organizers shall not be liable for technical failures, internet outages, data errors, incorrect game information provided by third parties, or other circumstances beyond their reasonable control that may affect participation or League administration.

Compliance with Laws

Each participant is responsible for ensuring that participation in this League is lawful in their jurisdiction. The League is void where prohibited by law.

Agreement

By participating in the League, each participant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and the official League rules.

Voluntary Donations to Organizers

Participants may choose to make a separate voluntary donation to the League organizers in appreciation of the time and effort required to administer the League.

Such donations are:

Entirely voluntary;
Considered personal gifts to the organizers;
Not required to participate;
Not refundable; and
Completely independent of the League's operation.

Making or declining to make a donation does not increase or decrease a participant's chances of winning, affect League standings, influence administrative decisions, or alter the outcome of the contest in any way.
