Pool Rules

  1. Pick a single team each week to win. You cannot pick the same team twice throughout the season.
  2. If your team wins, you advance to the next week. If your team loses, you are eliminated.
  3. Missed picks for the week are counted as a loss. No exceptions or extensions to any posted deadlines.
  4. Ties count as a loss for both teams and result in elimination.
    Note: This is an uncommon outcome. A single tie game occurs about once every two years.
  5. If a game is postponed, for any reason, to a future week, it will count as a win for both teams and any players who picked those teams will advance to the next week. Those teams will be locked for any player who picked them and will be unavailable for the remainder of the season.
    Note: This has only occurred a few times in NFL history due to extreme weather events, acts of terrorism, and COVID-19.
  6. When 10 or fewer entries are remaining, the league administrators will initiate the option to split the pot among the remaining entries. There must be a unanimous agreement between the remaining entries, and the pot will be divided equally if everyone agrees.
  7. Once the pool has ended, a fully published list of all participants’ pick history will be made available on the website for users to view.
